Initial Consultation

During this phase we will consult with you to survey the property, view any house plans, and discuss your project requirements in detail. By working closely with you we will establish all of your requirements for the space, the functions of the room, the layout options and aesthetics that you prefer, all of your ‘Must Haves’, your wish list and an approximate budget.

At this stage we may look into the function and layout of this space and the surrounding rooms and provide you with recommendations that work from our experience.

If desired we are qualified to provide design services and make selections for the space including; colours, finishes, textures, flooring, wall coverings, lighting, furnishings, furniture and other accessories for interior decoration. Please discuss this with us during the project.

Design Proposal

From the initial consulation we will meet with you in our studio and present our preliminary design proposal with CAD drawings, 3D renders and proposed specifications and the thinking behind it all. The proposed design will encapsulate all your wants and individual requirements that were discussed.

Project Development

At this stage the Omega team will further develop your design and any necessary alterations, modifications and fine-tuning will be made. Prior to providing you with your final quotation, all drawings and specifications including finishes and fixtures are finalised. During this phase we are also able to meet with our partnered trade suppliers to discuss your specific requirements are discussed in detail and because of this we can pass on our extremely competitive ‘trade’ pricing for these items.

Final Approval

Following the approval of the final detailed quotation. Final drawings and a complete specification can be issued to highlight the scope of works for the project.
